Cancellation policy

At Alegria´79, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer a balanced cancellation policy, ensuring flexibility for our guests and security for our management.


1. Free Cancellations
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date.
If the cancellation is made within this period, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.


2. Late Cancellations or No-Show
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date are subject to a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount.
In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged, with no right to a refund.


3. Date Changes
Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
If the new date has a different rate, a price adjustment may apply.


4. Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
In exceptional, duly justified situations (e.g., official travel restrictions, health emergencies, natural disasters), we may consider a full refund or the issuance of a credit for a future stay.
